New type ventilator, fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy ventilator, takes 3005# aluminum alloy as base material, with its surface being treated with anti-oxygenized film, on which sprays 20µm fluorine carbon polyester coating.

At present, of all materials, fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy is no doubt the lightest in weight. The turbine heads made from fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy are much lighter than those made of other materials, thus the pressure on the bearing of the ventilator is smaller and revolving sensitivity of axial bearing is naturally higher than that of stainless steel ventilators.
